Returns Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Only unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@facilskin.com or call: 066 400 5882. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it, and if the item is in its original condition, we will issue a store credit.
Refunds We do not offer refunds. However, if a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will offer a replacement or store credit once the defect or damage has been verified. To report a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@facilskin.com or call: 066 400 5882, including photos and a description of the issue.
