   Payment must be made in full before the order is processed. facil Skin will not be held responsible for any delays caused by payment issues or errors.

5. Shipping
   We use Courier Guy for shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
   Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details. facil Skin is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the courier service.

6. Cancellation of Orders
   Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@facilskin.com
   Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refer to our returns policy for further action.
